Quinteto del Ángel
El Quinteto del Ángel, dirigido por el violinista Humberto Ridolfi, toma el nombre en homenaje al padre del músico, quien lo acercó al tango y a la música clásica. Lo integran Nicolás Enrich (bandoneón), Adrián Enríquez (piano), Elizabeth Ridolfi (viola) y Manuel “Popo” Gómez (contrabajo). Con arreglos de Enrich, en su repertorio aborda obras de Troilo, Pugliese, Francini, Piazzolla y Lavallén desde una mirada propia, que respeta el lenguaje de las grandes orquestas del tango.
The Quinteto del Ángel, led by violinist Humberto Ridolfi, takes its name in honor of the musician’s father, who introduced him to tango and classical music. The group consists of Nicolás Enrich (bandoneon), Adrián Enríquez (piano), Elizabeth Ridolfi (viola) and Manuel “Popo” Gómez (double bass). With arrangements by Enrich, their repertoire features works by Troilo, Pugliese, Francini, Piazzolla and Lavallén, interpreted from their own unique perspective while remaining faithful to the style of the great tango orchestras.
